I ordered this blanket the beginning of November for my daughters Christmas present. A week before Christmas it hadn’t turned up but customer services were amazing. They looked into it and found that the delivery service had lost it. They offered me a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement and they told me I probably wouldn’t get it until nearer the end of January because of high demand. I was fine with that and my daughter was quite happy to wait. It is the 10th of January and it has just arrived. So earlier than expected which I’m really happy about. It was worth the wait. It’s a really good quality blanket. Very soft and cosy. My daughter is over the moon with it. I give full stars for customer service and full stars for the blanket.
